Marset Iluminación S.A., in response to market requirements regarding innovation in design, technical reliability and service, as well as compliance with national and international standards, undertakes the following commitments in its QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY based on the UNE EN ISO 9001 Standard, establishing the following guidelines:

• Promote QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT at all times as a participatory task at every level of the company and in all its activities.
• Seek CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT in all its operations with a fully customer-satisfaction-oriented approach, as well as contributing to the reduction of the organization’s environmental impact.
• Minimize waste throughout the entire VALUE CHAIN by applying both corrective actions and preventive measures to prevent recurrence.
• INFORM, ENGAGE AND MOTIVATE the Marset Iluminación team as an essential basis of the Company’s quality and environmental policy.
• Comply with the requirements of applicable current legislation and regulations.
• Ensure that all PERSONNEL are fully FAMILIARIZED with the OBJECTIVES and the QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY through preparation and training activities at all levels of the company.
• Reinforce Management’s strategy aimed at profitable and sustainable growth through improved productivity, reduction of non-conformities, optimization of internal processes, cost control, customer loyalty and the consolidation of strategic markets.

The scope of application of this Integrated Management System is to reach all areas of the company and to constitute a general reference for all its production activity, specifically:

This commitment includes environmental protection, the prevention of pollutants and the sustainable use of resources.

Management delegates the operational authority of the Integrated Management System to its manager, who will have the necessary support through the allocation of resources, information and representation in a timely manner in order to carry out the proper implementation, monitoring and comprehensive improvement of Marset’s operational activities.
