We are hiring an Area Manager Europe with a strong commercial focus, a keen eye for design, and the ability to develop markets across multiple European countries.
This position is based in Barcelona (offices in Terrassa) and will work in close coordination with the commercial team and management.

Your Mission
- Develop and consolidate Marset’s business in the assigned European markets.
- Manage and grow the network of distributors, agents, and key clients.
- Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and lighting designers to drive specification of our products in projects.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and sales presentations.
- Analyze results, identify growth opportunities, and monitor commercial KPIs.
Your Profile
- 2–3 years of international B2B sales experience, ideally in lighting, design, or high-end products.
- Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to build long-term relationships.
- Sensitivity to design, quality, and detail.
- Fluent in English and strong Spanish is required.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
